Click on ‘Credits’ and choose the desired CreditPack. Then choose your preferred payment method and click on ‘Checkout’. Follow the payment instructions on the screen.

We offer the following payment methods for buying credits:

  • iDeal
  • Creditcard
  • Mr Cash/Bancontact
  • Paysafecard
  • Bank transfer
  • Payment by telephone

You can go through the following steps for payment via Paysafecard:

  1. Register on the relevant website
  2. Choose the CreditPack you want
  3. Click on 'Continue to payment method'
  4. Click on PaySafeCard and then on 'Checkout'
  5. Enter the 16-digit code of the PaySafeCard
  6. Check the box of the 'General Terms and Conditions'
  7. Click on 'Pay'

The credits are automatically added to your account.

Your iDeal payment is processed immediately, after which the credits are automatically added to your account. If this is not yet the case after 45 minutes, please send an e-mail to: info@connectm.nl

Your Creditcard payment is processed immediately, after which the credits are automatically added to your account. If this is not yet the case after 45 minutes, please send an e-mail to: info@connectm.nl

It can take up to 3 business days for your iDeal payment to be processed and for the credits to be added to your account. If the credits have not been added after 4 working days, please send an email to: info@connectm.nl

Your Paysafecard payment is processed immediately, after which the credits are automatically added to your account. If this is not yet the case after 45 minutes, please send an e-mail to: info@connectm.nl
